About this Event
How can we honor grief without becoming overwhelmed by it? And how can we transform the experience of loss into compassion, clarity, and meaningful action?
Join Dr. Kanu Kogod and Sister Dr. Jenna for a thoughtful and uplifting exploration of grief as a pathway to deeper awareness, inner strength, and purpose.
Through reflection, conversation, and practical insights, we’ll explore how grief can help us reconnect with what matters most, awaken compassion, and inspire positive action. Together, we’ll discover ways to honor what has been lost while moving forward with greater intention, resilience, and hope.
Come as you are and leave with a renewed understanding of how even our most difficult emotions can become a source of strength, connection, and meaningful change.
