Join us for a peaceful, creative experience where you'll create mindful art while being immersed in a soothing sound bath. These events are designed for all skill levels - no artistic experience necessary! It's the perfect opportunity to relax, express yourself, and experience the therapeutic power of art and sound.
Enjoy sound healing by trained musician and Reiki Master Ryan Warner with eight quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more. Certified mindful art & meditation teacher Erin Scaia will guide a creative journey that facilitates inner peace and personal growth.
Bring yourself! All supplies will be provided.
We will be doing slow drawing, where participants learn simple, nature based drawing patterns. The process of drawing slow, repetitive patterns helps participants relax and stay grounded in the present moment.
