This guided session features breathwork led by Kallan from Awaken with Kallan and a meditative sound bath provided by Taylor from Black Raven Wellness. As the soothing frequencies of crystal bowls wash over you, Kallan will guide you through intentional breathwork techniques and meditation prompts to help release tension, quiet the mind, and access a profound state of relaxation.
All are welcome—no prior experience is necessary. Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets will be provided to ensure your comfort as you sink into this immersive healing practice.
