About this Event
Join us for a transformative women’s circle where we explore the pelvis through movement, breath, and somatic awareness.
Many of us have layers of stuck emotions, boundary ruptures, and unsavory medical experiences living in our pelvis. This can manifest as low or absent libido, pain or numbness, sexual dysfunction, bowel or bladder issues, and other gynecological problems.
We can begin to peel back those layers by bringing presence and movement to the pelvis, the hips, the spine, and the spaces in between. In devotional practice, we spiral inward. 🌀
This workshop is an invitation to come home to your body, tap into your pelvic wisdom, and learn tools to support you returning to center.
❤️🔥 Learn how to cultivate vitality, self-connection, and authentic expression in this supportive women’s circle.
What to Expect
In this immersive workshop, we will explore the pelvis as a source of grounding, expression, and vitality.
Our time together will include:
✨ Guided movement to fully inhabit the pelvis - this will be a combination of stretching/mobility work and guided dance
✨ Breathing techniques to cultivate presence and move energy
✨ Somatic exercises to help build capacity to feel more
✨ Tools for resourcing and regulating the nervous system
✨ Space for reflection and witnessing among a group of like-minded women
This is a space of exploration, not performance—come as you are, ready to listen to your body’s wisdom.
