Wellness Day 🌱✨
Come and join us for some relaxed Saturday morning movement in Shoreditch!
We have a choice of either a yoga session, 5K run or walk. Start the day off right with some nice movement and conversation 🤗

🧘♀️ A Yoga Mat - If you have one, we'll have a small amount here
👟 Running shoes - If running
💧 A water bottle (optional)
