One Saturday a month, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., our Parks, Culture and Recreation department hosts a park stewardship event. Volunteers will gather at one of the city's parks to pick up litter, spread wood chips and perform other park improvement projects. Bring sturdy shoes, a water bottle and gloves.
No registration required, just show up to the park and sign-in with a staff member. Volunteers 17 years of age and under will need a signed release form. Volunteers 14 years of age and under will need an accompanied adult.
