What happens when we give ourselves permission to play?
Happy Brains is a fun, low-pressure wellness workshop that uses approachable improv games and exercises to help us get out of our heads, connect with others, let go of perfection, and become more comfortable with the unexpected. We’ll play, laugh, and practice skills that support creativity, confidence, flexibility, connection, and everyday wellbeing.
This workshop is for any adult who could use a little more play and connection in their life. You do not need to be funny, outgoing, quick on your feet, or comfortable performing. No improv or theatre experience is needed. The activities are approachable, beginner-friendly, and designed to make playing with other people feel a little less intimidating.
About Your Facilitator
Tiffany Baldwin (MS, LCMHCA) is a mental health counselor, improv teaching artist, and longtime theatre practitioner with a background in counseling, stage direction, arts education, and community-based programming. Her work explores how creativity, play, and human connection can support emotional wellbeing and help us navigate the stress and uncertainty of everyday life.
Tiffany created Happy Brains as a way to bring some of the benefits of play and improv out of the therapy office and into the community. You don’t have to be in therapy, or consider yourself a performer, to benefit from opportunities to play, connect, take small risks, and practice being a little more present and flexible.
Come as you are. No preparation required, just a willingness to play.
