Join the JCC-Federation of San Luis Obispo to celebrate Hanukkah Downtown on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at the front steps of Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa! In a season about light, the best part is who we share it with. Bring the whole family and spend the evening with neighbors and friends, because light is a choice we make together.
🍩 Food: Hanukkah treats, warm drinks and soup (available until they run out)
🎶 Music: Sing along as we light the community menorah
🤝 Community: Stand shoulder to shoulder with friends, old and new
Last year, about 350 people filled the plaza for sufganiyot, hot cocoa, lentil soup, dreidel spinning, and the Beth David Intergenerational Choir leading us in song. This year, we hope you’ll be part of it.
