We’ve opened registration for the Hanna Somatics Teacher Training, an in-person training that deepens this work in a clear, practical way.This training is for you when:
- You want to understand how habitual tension patterns form in the nervous system;
- You’re curious how slow, voluntary movement can retrain those patterns;
- You want to practise and learn to guide Hanna Somatic movement lessons, for yourself or in working with others.
The training is taught by Lisa Petersen at Yoga Moves.
It starts November 13, 2026 in Utrecht. Early bird is available.
Lisa is also guiding a Summer Somatics Urban Yoga Retreat from July 31 to August 2, 2026.
