The first step to being able to achieve a handstand is to understand that you WILL do a handstand....after you have learned the tips and techniques for proper positioning.
Handstands are more than just flipping upside down. Learn all the mechanics. When you take this class, you will learn a variety of exercises at varying comfort levels to achieve proper positioning for a handstand. Even if you do not get a handstand on your first day (not that you are expected to) you will certainly get an amazing workout.
This class is $16 or 3 tokens, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.
