One of America's hottest roots-rock exports makes their Margate debut. Handsome Jack bring swampy blues, gritty boogie, Southern soul and vintage rock 'n' roll to Olby's Soul Café, fresh from their acclaimed sixth album Barnburners!
About Handsome Jack
From Lockport, New York: Jamison Passuite (guitar, vocals), Joey Verdonselli (bass) and Bennie Hayes (drums). Steeped in Memphis, Muscle Shoals and Chicago blues, but thoroughly contemporary. Fans include Chris Robinson of The Black Crowes, and Ben McLeod of All Them Witches produced their 2021 album Get Humble.
New album: Barnburners!
Released February 2026 on Alive Naturalsound, with "Poly Molly", "Let's Go Downtown" and "Do It! To It!", and hailed as one of their strongest records yet.
A formidable live act
They have shared stages with Rival Sons, Gov't Mule, The Sheepdogs, Monster Truck, Blue Cheer, J. Geils and Robert Randolph. A rare chance to catch a genuine American touring band in an intimate East Kent room, without the trek to London.
