Hands-Only CPR TrainingThe Lake Elmo Fire Department is offering residents and business owners the opportunity to learn Hands-Only CPR from our staff.
Hands-Only CPR is a lifesaving technique that does not include rescue breaths. If you see a teen or adult collapse, you can perform Hands-Only CPR in two easy steps:
1. Call 911
2. Push hard and fast in the center of the chest.
Upcoming Hands-Only CPR Training Sessions
Sessions will be held at the Lake Elmo City Center on the following Saturdays from 10:00am – 12:00pm:
- June 6
- August 8
- October 10
Registration Details
Cost: Free to attend.
Certification: No certification is provided; these are strictly educational sessions.
Capacity: Limited to 20 participants per class.
