About this Event
Discover the art of sourdough baking in a welcoming environment where you will learn practical techniques and gain hands-on experience mixing, stretching, and shaping your very own sourdough loaf. Whether you are a beginner or looking to perfect your skills, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to elevate your baking game!
Upon completion of the workshop you will walk away with:
- Your own starter
- A proofing basket and tea towel
- A loaf to bake at home
- A sourdough guide for the home baker
Class will take place on the second floor of Parkville Market in the Conference Room- the elevator is located behind the stairs. Doors open at 6 pm. Class begins promptly at 6:30 pm.
All materials necessary for class will be provided-come as you are! You will need either a dutch oven or two nine inch loaf pans (at home) to bake your bread.
