Learn to Cook Seafood with Confidence

Join a relaxed and hands-on 3.5 hours seafood cooking class in Hackney Wick in East London and learn how to cook fish and shellfish with the confidence and techniques used by professional chefs. In this small group workshop, you will work in a fully equipped teaching kitchen while learning how to prepare and cook a selection of fresh seafood sourced from Billingsgate Market.

During the class you will discover how to handle and cook a variety of fish and shellfish, prepare simple sauces that pair perfectly with seafood, and plate dishes that look as good as they taste. Whether you are a curious home cook or simply love seafood, this class will give you practical skills you can easily recreate at home.
