Hands-on Personal Protection for Everyday Use

This 4-Hour hands-on seminar, presented by FOAC Institute, will instruct attendees on how to respond to a physical attacker using basic, UNARMED, and ARMED techniques that are simple to learn. All ages are encouraged to attend - the public is welcome.
