In this demonstration and hands-on class, you’ll learn the secrets to making both savory and sweet tart dough by hand, along with the best practices and troubleshooting tips for creating delicious, beautiful tarts every time. Chef Ren will then demonstrate how to transform the dough into a beautiful, autumn galette.
After the demonstration, it’s your turn to get involved as you create your own Honeycrisp Apple Hand Pie.
And the best part? You’ll enjoy both delicious pastries at the end of class—one made by Chef Ren and one made by you!
