Hands-On Brewing, our small-group coffee class in Fort Lee, NJ, continues where Coffee 101 leaves off. That class tells you what to do and why. This one is where you actually do it yourself: brew after brew, until it's muscle memory. Skipped Coffee 101? You'll still walk out knowing what to do.
