About this Event
In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to make fresh cavatelli pasta from scratch, then prepare it with a delicious homemade creamy pumpkin sauce. Maria will guide you through each step, sharing techniques and tips that you can recreate at home.
In addition to making fresh pasta, you'll enjoy stuffed cherry peppers as an appetizer while you cook and learn alongside Maria of Eat n Shut Up.
Each participant will receive a wooden cutting board to use during class and take home, making it the perfect keepsake for future pasta-making adventures.
To top it all off, everyone will sit down and enjoy a tasting of the freshly prepared cavatelli pasta at the end of the workshop.
