About Workshop
The holiday season is around the corner and what better way to bring in the festivities than some seasonal crafting! Perfect for those handmade gifts you've been hoping to make, but never got around to.
In this hands-on embroidery workshop, we'll be working with wool felt, beads and sequins in addition to traditional embroidery materials. You’ll be guided through the full process, from design to your final embroidered project.
We’ll start with a short introduction of embroidery, covering the basic tools, materials, and stitching techniques.
You’ll then develop your design - either from your own imagination, or using the provided inspirational references - choose your color palette and base project, and stitch your design step by step with guidance from the maker.
You will leave with your project, your own kit of tools to continue using after the workshop and a solid understanding of the embroidery process.

- Instruction and guidance, including an introduction to embroidery, tools, and basic techniques
- All tools and materials needed to make your embroidery project - you will get to keep these as well as your finished project at the end of the workshop
- A choice of premium wool felt bases to work on in an assortment of shapes for ornaments or small seasonal decor.
