Some music belongs to a season. Handel's Messiah belongs to this one.The Salisbury Symphony presents Handel's oratorio in the sanctuary of St. John's Lutheran Church — an intimate, resonant space for a work whose choruses have been sung, hummed, and anticipated for nearly three centuries. From the first hushed Comfort ye to the "Hallelujah" chorus and the great closing "Amen," it is the sound of Advent arriving.
Seating is limited. Come early.
