HAND REFLEXOLOGY COURSE – NOVEMBER 7 & 8! Kamloops, BC | In-Person Training
What if you could learn a therapeutic skill that you could use almost anywhere, anytime?
Hand reflexology is a beautiful, practical way to support relaxation, ease tension, and promote overall well-being through the application of gentle pressure to specific reflex points on the hands.
One of the things I love most about hand reflexology is how accessible it is! Unlike foot reflexology, there's no need to remove shoes or socks or have someone lie down for a treatment. You can offer a comforting hand reflexology session while sitting together on the couch, at the kitchen table, or just about anywhere.
Whether you'd like to support your own well-being, care for family and friends, or add another valuable skill to your wellness practice, this two-day course is a wonderful opportunity to learn something meaningful.
What You'll Learn:
1) The foundations and principles of therapeutic hand reflexology
2) How reflex points on the hands correspond to different areas of the body
3) Practical techniques and pressure applications
4) How to perform a complete hand reflexology treatment
5) Ways to incorporate hand reflexology into everyday life
6) Plenty of hands-on practice to build your confidence and skills
Our two-day course combines theory with practical training in a welcoming, supportive learning environment.
No previous reflexology experience is necessary!
Whether you're completely new to reflexology or already working in the wellness field, you'll leave with a valuable skill you can continue practicing and sharing!
