About this Event
Join us for 2 sessions where you will make and decorate your very own house-shaped lantern, a perfect piece of festive decor that will create a cosy Christmas atmosphere in any room!
Whether you create a gingerbread house, or one inspired by your own home or favourite place, that is up to you!
6-8pm Saturday 21st November
In the first week's session you will be guided through ceramic hand-building techniques to create a miniature house which you will then be able to decorate with textures, patterns and holes that will allow candle light to shine through.
6-8pm Saturday 5th December
In the second session it is time to get colourful! You will use a selection of specialist underglaze paint to decorate your house.
After the session
Your items will be glazed and fired and ready to collect from Hazlehurst Studios before Christmas.
