Imagine being weightless and cosy in your own private hammock, suspended in time and space as sound waves gently wash over you.
Whether you're seeking relaxation, emotional rebalancing, inspiration, or simply a moment to pause from the demands of everyday life, this unique sound bath offers an opportunity to be deeply held.
Over the course of 90 minutes, you'll be taken on a carefully curated sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, the gong, Tibetan bowls and more, whilst ambient lighting, relaxing aromas and a gentle swing of the hammock helps your nervous system and mind to soften even deeper.
As if that wasn't enough, the name of each guest goes into a prize draw to win a complimentary place at the next Hammock Sound Bath, and the winner is announced at the end of the sound bath, whilst you're all just hanging out enjoying Hayley's home-made raw chocolate.
