Dear friends 👌🔱🦾😇 We are so pumped to share this great news of Outreach in our community and throughout the state of Maine!
Haloween weekend we are shedding light on the Sport of Armwrestling 💪
connecting pullers with teams, meeting legends and welcoming Novices into the sport. I hope everyone in The state of Maine and beyond will come out and grip up for an awesome time of Armwrestling practice training and fellowship!
we are so thankful for this partnership with Smith's true Fitness in Augusta 💪😇🔱
we know many pullers through Maine and my hope is we make even more great connections, share tips and get the #Gainzzz this day.
most importantly we can want to respect our hosts rules:
RULE #1 No outside Shoes are allowed in the gym.
Entry and Waivers
Mandatory waivers: Everyone must sign a waiver to enter, even if they are only watching.
Online sign-up: Participating members must sign up online to save billing info for the honor-system food and drink shop.
Door waivers: Family and guests not using equipment can sign a paper waiver at the door as a special exception for this event.
Children: Kids aged 8 and older may attend if accompanied by an adult. [1]
Passes and Access
First-day pass: Free for new participants, but it excludes the relaxation room (which requires a week-long or longer membership).
Returning guest pass: Costs $10.00.
Spectators: Non-working-out guests signing at the door can only watch and cannot work out.
Purchases and Event Space
Purchasing rules: Guests who sign paper waivers at the door can only buy items if they pay with cash (digital/honor-system purchases require online billing info).
Table placement: Your tables will be set up on the sled strip (the "green mile"), alongside one table the gym already has there.
Gym environment: The gym stays open for regular members, so viewing guests should remain mindful of people doing their workouts.
dear friends please like, share and hit that going button!
can't wait to see you for this awesome weekend of #Gainz
ill be coming down from Aroostook county and hope to meet as many pullers from Maine as possible!!
