Join HALO for our first ever HALO‑Weenie & Hotdogs Pet Costume and Talent Contest! On Sunday, October 11 from 1–4 PM, we’re taking over Delco Park, Shelter 3 for an afternoon packed with contests, hotdogs, raffles, a 50/50 drawing, vendor giveaways, prizes, and more fun than you can handle. The delicious hot dogs will be from Dogs for Dogs.
