Set within the beautiful historic grounds of Hatfield House, our November Halo Retreat is an intimate afternoon designed to help you slow down, clear what feels heavy or no longer aligned and reconnect with what you want to carry forward.

Hosted by Em and Hebs, the retreat brings together immersive sound healing, Reiki, intuitive guidance, ritual and mindful creativity in a warm, beautifully considered setting.

At the heart of this retreat is our signature smudge blending experience, where you’ll create your own personalised cleansing blend from a curated selection of botanicals, herbs, flowers and natural resins, choosing ingredients that connect with your own energy and intention.

Alongside this, guided reflection, journalling and a manifestation and release ritual will give you space to consider what you are ready to let go of, what you would like to welcome in and the intentions you want to carry forward.

Create Your Own Smudge Blend

You’ll create your own personalised smudge blend using a selection of dried herbs, flowers, botanicals and natural resins, choosing ingredients that connect with your own energy and intention.

Whether your intention is calm, clarity, positivity, protection or simply a fresh start, you’ll be guided through creating a blend that feels personal to you before taking it home to use as part of your own ritual practice.

Create Your Own Personal Talisman

As you reflect on what you are ready to release or welcome in, you’ll also have the opportunity to create your own personal talisman to take away with you.

Using symbols, charms and meaningful keepsakes, you can create something connected to the intentions and insights that emerge during the retreat, giving you a tangible reminder to return to afterwards.

You can also include your gifted crystal and affirmation card, along with a written intention or personal symbol, making your talisman completely individual to you.

Intention, Reflection & Manifestation

Throughout the retreat, you’ll be given space to pause, reflect and consider what you are ready to let go of, what you would like to welcome into your life and where you may be ready for change.

Through guided reflection, journalling and intention setting, you’ll explore what genuinely matters to you and create a personal intention that feels meaningful and grounded.

The shared energy of the group creates a beautiful sense of connection, but your experience can remain entirely personal.

Sharing is always optional and there is never any pressure to disclose your thoughts or intentions.

Immersive Sound Healing, Reiki & Aura Clearing

Settle back and allow yourself to fully switch off during an immersive sound healing experience, as layers of soothing sound and vibration from crystal singing bowls and wind chimes move through the room.

While you rest, Reiki and gentle tuning fork aura clearing are woven throughout the experience, bringing together sound and energy work to support deep relaxation and a sense of reset.

There is nothing you need to do other than get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to receive the experience.

Mini Tarot & Turkish Coffee Cup Readings

Every guest will receive both a personal mini tarot reading and a mini traditional Turkish coffee cup reading as part of the retreat.

These shorter readings are designed to offer a brief moment of personal reflection and intuitive guidance, exploring the energy around you and any themes that may be emerging.

Both readings are included within your ticket.

Their intention is simple: to create a beautiful and welcoming space where every guest can explore what they would like to welcome into their life and leave feeling clearer, calmer and more connected to their next chapter.

Arriving Early?

We highly recommend arriving a little early to enjoy a peaceful stroll through the beautiful grounds of Hatfield House before the retreat begins.

Take a moment to slow down, breathe deeply and absorb the surroundings as you gently transition into the afternoon ahead.

• A personal mini tarot reading and mini Turkish coffee cup reading are included for every guest

• Participation in group sharing is always optional. You will never be required to disclose your intentions or personal reflections

• Tarot and coffee cup readings are offered as reflective spiritual experiences and should not replace professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice

• We encourage guests to disconnect from their phones during parts of the retreat so they can fully immerse themselves in the afternoon

• A small amount of photography and videography may take place to capture the atmosphere of Halo. Please let us know on arrival if you would prefer not to appear in any content
