A gentle hour created for you and your little one.
Halo Baby Hour: is a relaxed sound healing and Reiki experience for parents and babies, from newborn to pre-walking.
For sixty minutes, settle into the space together while you’re surrounded by the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes, with tuning forks and Reiki woven throughout for both parent and baby.
We’ll also have a small selection of calming sensory toys for little hands to hold and explore.
Most importantly, this is completely baby-led.
Babies are welcome to feed, sleep, cuddle, wriggle, play or make sounds throughout the session. You’re free to pick them up, move around, change them or take a little break whenever you need to.

It’s a chance to enjoy something restorative for yourself too, without needing to arrange childcare, while connecting with other parents in a similar chapter of life.
Who is it for?
Halo Hour: Baby is suitable from newborn until pre walking.
The session has been created with babies in mind, with sound kept gentle throughout and plenty of freedom for little ones to move, feed, sleep and explore.
No previous experience of sound healing or Reiki is needed.
Please note
One ticket admits one parent or carer and one baby.
Spaces are limited to 15 parent + baby places to keep the session intimate and relaxed.
Please bring anything you would normally need for your baby during the hour, including feeds, nappies and comfort items.
Just an hour to slow down, connect and enjoy a little calm together. 🤍
