The Weeeds are an irresistibly quirky rock n roll outfit destined for cult favorite status. They’re a band that knows exactly who they are, and they’ve built an entire world for themselves and their music. Their albums have the energy and punk sensibility of the Clash, imbued with the feel-good nerdiness of ELO. It’s radio friendly with an edge, tongue in cheek yet 100% sincere. Live audiences can’t help but get swept up in their captivating charm and energy – the band has unsurprisingly built up quite a dedicated hometown following, which is sure to grow (like weeeds) wherever the band pops up next.
