🎃 The Trail Is Back… With a WICKED Twist! ✨
Our annual Halloween Trail is back at Mary Stevens Park this October Half Term — and this year, we're adding a little bit of WICKED magic! 🧙♀️✨
If you've joined us before, don't worry — the familiar Halloween Trail you know and love is still here! 🎃
We've kept all of the things that make our trail so special, while adding a WICKED-themed twist, with magical touches, new surprises and a little extra mischief along the way.
So whether you're a Halloween Trail regular or joining us for the first time, this year is going to be SPECIAL! 💚✨
Our Halloween Trail is created by Wild Earth Movement using recycled and reused materials, so your spooky adventure is also ALWAYS kinder to the planet 🌍♻️
You'll follow the trail around Mary Stevens Park, searching for clues and discovering our spooky WICKED-themed surprises along the way before returning back to us to collect your plastic free Halloween goody bag🎃
The event is suitable for all ages.
The important stuff:
Tickets cost £6 per person.
Adults accompanying children can attend free of charge, but free accompanying adults will not receive a trail map or goody bag.
Adults who want to take part in the trail, complete a trail sheet, have the chance to win prizes and receive a goody bag must purchase a ticket.
All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the trail.
Tickets are sold in 30-minute arrival slots, so please choose your preferred slot when booking.
We have a limited number of flexible arrival tickets available for families who need a little more flexibility.
We also have an early, quieter arrival slot for SEND families and anyone who would benefit from a quieter experience. 💚
Please remember that your booked time slot is your arrival time only — it does not limit the amount of time you can spend on the trail.
Take your time, enjoy the experience and stay as long as you like. You just need to have completed the trail and returned to us by 1pm, when the event finishes.
We can cater for allergies and dietary requirements, but you must let us know when booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
If you don't tell us about a dietary requirement when booking, unfortunately, we may not be able to cater for it on the day.
We want everyone to be able to enjoy the trail, and you are welcome to adapt the trail to suit your needs.
Approximately half of the trail is wheelchair accessible, while some sections are not.
We welcome participants with mobility issues, but please make sure you are aware of the terrain and accessibility before booking.
Approximately half of the trail is suitable for pushchairs, although some sections can be a bit of a workout!
Some areas have uneven ground and challenging terrain, and we would not recommend using a pushchair on these sections.
You do not have to complete every part of the trail. It is absolutely fine to skip sections that aren't suitable for you and enjoy the parts that work best for your family.
Toilets: Available on site next to the café.
Parking: Available on site and along the residential roads around the park.
Please respect local residents and do not block driveways or access to people's homes.
If you're able to walk or cycle to the park, please consider doing so. 🌍💚
When you arrive, head to the bandstand to sign in and collect your trail sheet.

The event takes place in a public park and includes walking across a variety of terrain. Wild Earth Movement cannot accept responsibility for injuries arising from participants failing to take reasonable care of themselves or those in their group.
