After the first Silent Disco Stride, we HAD to do it again… but this time we're making it Halloween. 🎃
Choose between the 5K Walk or 5K Run, pop on your silent disco headset and make your way round with a playlist packed with spooky bangers, throwbacks and guilty pleasures.

⏰ Arrive 17:45 for check-in, headset collection & route brief
📍 Broomfield Road, Montrose - Parkrun/BMX Park/Roselea Football Club

FANCY DRESS: Very much encouraged… but absolutely not essential. 😂👻
🔦 IMPORTANT: Please bring a head or body torch. It'll be getting dark and you'll need one to take part safely.
And yes… it's October in Scotland. It might rain. We go anyway, consider it part of the Halloween ambience. 🤣🌧️
A NOTE ABOUT PACES:
This is a group event and everyone needs to stay with their designated group throughout the route. The silent disco headsets have a range of approximately 300m, so staying together is essential.
🚶 Walkers must be comfortable completing 5K within approximately 70 minutes.
🏃 Runners will have different pace groups available - choose the group that suits you and stay with that group for the duration of the route.
You don't need to come with anyone, and you definitely don't need to be the fastest. Come yourself, bring a pal, dress as a ghost, don't dress as a ghost… just come ready for a very different Friday night. 😂🪩
