🎃 Halloween Run — FREE SOCIAL RUN
I wanted to do something a little different this Halloween and bring people together for a fun, relaxed trail run through Epping Forest.
This isn’t a race, and there’s no pressure to run fast. It’s simply a group of friends and runners getting together for a 5K social jog and enjoying the forest.

I’ve created the route myself and wanted to give people the chance to experience one of my favourite ways to enjoy Epping Forest — running wild and staying local.
Afterwards, we can head for a drink and a bit of food at one of the local pubs.
There’s 30 places available, so if this sounds like your kind of evening, grab a free place and come along.
Important: This is an informal social run with no official organiser or race support. You take part entirely at your own risk. Please bring water and a headtorch is recommended as we’ll be running as it gets darker.
