For many people, Halloween ends when the clock strikes midnight on October 31. In San Francisco, CrawlSF is keeping the celebration going with one more costumed event. The Día de los Muertos Pub Crawl returns on Sunday, November 1, as the final gathering in the four-day Crawloween 2026 series.
Beginning at 4PM, participants will check in at Mayes Oyster House on Polk Street. From there, the pub crawl will spread through several nearby bars, including McTeague’s Saloon, El Lopo, Music City Starfactory, Wreck Room, Uni Pizza, Decodance, Lush Lounge and Beso Mae. More participating locations may be announced as the event gets closer.

Ticket holders also receive free entry to participating locations during the event, helping groups see more of the neighborhood without paying separate cover charges at every stop.
Unlike a standard club night, the pub crawl is spread across a variety of places. Some bars offer space to dance, while others are more relaxed and better suited for conversations or meeting new people. Groups can build their own schedules based on the type of evening they want.
This final event takes place one day after Halloween and carries a distinct Día de los Muertos theme. Participants may wear their Halloween costumes again, create a new costume for Sunday or choose respectful clothing and makeup that recognizes Día de los Muertos.
Traditional skull face painting is welcome when it is worn with care and respect for the holiday. Día de los Muertos is a Mexican tradition connected to remembering loved ones who have died. Its artwork can be colorful and celebratory, but its meaning should not be reduced to a funny costume or used in a disrespectful way.
Guests do not have to wear Día de los Muertos attire to participate. Regular Halloween costumes are completely welcome, and anyone who prefers not to dress up can still join the pub crawl.
The Sunday finale completes CrawlSF’s biggest Halloween event yet. Crawloween 2026 stretches across two weekends with events on October 24, October 30, October 31 and November 1. That schedule gives locals and visitors several ways to participate, whether they attend one date or make plans for the entire series.
The Día de los Muertos Pub Crawl is the closing chapter. It is the moment for friends to compare costumes, talk about their favorite stops from the weekend and enjoy one last evening of Halloween-season fun before the decorations come down.
