Little ghouls and goblins will enjoy playful Halloween-themed yoga, mindful breathing, fun games, and a festive craft in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. Costumes are encouraged, so come dressed in your favorite Halloween attire for even more festive fun!This workshop helps build confidence, improve focus and balance, encourage self-regulation, reduce stress, and inspire creativity through movement and mindfulness.
Cost: $15 per child
A guardian only needs to register the participating child.
Recommended ages are flexible and left to the guardian's discretion.
