The bewitching season is upon us, and all the ghouls, goblins and ghosts are preparing for their annual debut at the Old Mill District. On Saturday, Oct. 31, Halloween festivities return to Center Plaza from 3 to 6 p.m. with goofily spooky activities, performances and plenty of wicked-good photo opportunities.
Friends and families are invited to join the fun, including this year’s annual Witches Paddle on the Deschutes River, iconic performances by Central Oregon Aerial Arts, the Humane Society of Central Oregon’s Pet Costume Contest and a special appearance by the School of Rock. For the afternoon, the Old Mill District will transform into a hauntingly fun playground, complete with one of Halloween’s best traditions, trick-or-treating at all shops throughout the district.
