Ours precedes us.
So on October 31st, we’re opening the doors and letting Halloween have the place.
Take the candy. Find the DJ. There’s a pool out back and the bay just beyond. By night’s end, there’ll be a halo floating in the pool, a wig on the DJ booth, and at least one person insisting they came dressed like that on purpose.
At midnight, grab whatever’s left of your costume.
You’ve got an afterparty to find.
