Trick or treat...this is definitely a heart healthy treat! 👻 Glowga (aka glow in the dark yoga) is popping up on our schedule the week of Halloween, which also happens to be the Hunter’s full moon that week ~ spooky season at its best! 🎃 We will have an upbeat Halloween playlist to get you moving and grooving to this flowing 60 minute All Levels vinyasa style class with black lights and oscillating lights to boot. Costumes are welcome as long as they are breathable and allow you to move well. White and bright colors are perfect to glow even more. Glow sticks will be provided to allow you to shine even brighter. 😉 Registration required with pre-payment ~ tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable. Cost: $25 ~ You'll want to treat yourself to this class led by our very own spook master teacher, Lauren Quella! 🎃 Make a night of it, and head next door to Broken Tree Pizza after to sip and savor the evening more.
