🎃✨ Glow Yoga — A Halloween Sanctuary Gathering ✨🎃This Friday, October 30, we’re bringing a little magic, colour, and childlike joy into the Sanctuary.
We’ll begin at 5:00 PM with Body & Glow Painting — luminous designs, soft glowing patterns, and a chance to play, laugh, and create together. Think gentle sparkle, glowing swirls, and the freedom to decorate yourself however your spirit feels called 🌈💫
Then we move into a festive Halloween yoga practice — warm, fun, accessible, and full of seasonal delight. A space to move, breathe, glow, and enjoy the sweetness of community as the days grow darker and the season shifts 🍂🕯️
Come as you are.
Wear something comfortable.
Bring your curiosity, your inner child, and your glow.
Let yourself shine from the inside out ✨🧘♀️🧡
Exchange: $20 drop in or included with your membership
Treats and tea provided!
