🎃🏍️ THE HALLOWEEN EXPRESS — 3RD ANNUAL HALLOWEEN RIDE! 🍂👻It’s that time of year again! Grab your bike, grab your favorite Halloween costume, and come join us for the 3rd Annual Halloween Express — a fall motorcycle ride filled with winding back roads, beautiful autumn colors, good food, live music, Halloween fun, and a chance to support a great local cause!

Trio Gas Station
Corner of Bull Valley Road & Crystal Lake Blacktop, McHenry, IL
🕥 Meet: 10:30 AM
🏍️ KICKSTANDS UP: 11:00 AM SHARP!
We’ll start in McHenry and make our way through the scenic twists, turns, and curves of Bull Valley, surrounded by the beautiful fall colors of the area. From there, we’ll hit some longer stretches of gorgeous back roads throughout Northern Illinois, taking in the scenery and enjoying a fun fall ride.

This is the Halloween Express, after all! Break out your favorite costume and come have some fun with us.
Want to decorate your bike? Absolutely! Halloween-themed bikes are always fun and encouraged, too. 🎃🏍️
There is no obligation to dress up yourself or your bike. This ride is about getting together, enjoying the beautiful fall scenery, doing something a little different, having fun, and supporting a local dog rescue.
💰 $20 CHARITY DONATION
Please bring $20 cash to the ride. Exact cash is appreciated — no change will be given.
100% of the donations will benefit Chicagoland Dog Rescue, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, 100% volunteer- and foster-based organization dedicated to rescuing dogs and helping them find loving, forever homes. 🐾❤️
🏆 HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST
We’ll also have a $50 prize for the best costume! So if you’re going to dress up, you might as well make it count! 👻🎃
🍽️ LUNCH AT KELSEY’S ROADHOUSE
After our scenic ride, we’ll make our way to Kelsey’s Roadhouse for lunch in the Garden Room, which should be fully decorated for Halloween!
We currently have reservations for 20 people, so PLEASE RSVP ACCURATELY.
If you plan to attend, please mark yourself as GOING, rather than simply clicking “Interested.” This is important because I need an accurate headcount to make sure we have enough space reserved for everyone.
🍽️ The menu will be posted in the event ahead of time.
🎶 THEN WE’RE HEADING TO THE BROKEN OAR!
After lunch and some time to hang out, we’ll head over to The Broken Oar on the Fox River for live music, drinks, and more Halloween fun.
There will be a heated tent, so we can relax and enjoy the evening even if the fall temperatures start to drop. 🍂🎶
