Come dressed. Come glowing. Come as you are.
Join us for a Halloween Create & Connect—a spirited Halloween gathering of costumes, crafts, creativity, connection, and community care. This event proudly celebrates BIPGM and LGBTQIA2S+ people and welcomes respectful allies who want to join in a night of imagination, joy, and belonging.
We are creating a space where you can explore your style, share your creativity, meet caring people, and feel free to show up in all your color, mystery, sparkle, softness, and spirit.
Most importantly, this is a fundraiser for our land purchase and community wellness greenhouse build. Funds raised through this event will help us grow a lasting home for future gatherings, creative programs, wellness opportunities, land stewardship, and community connection.
We are working toward a community space where people can gather, grow food and plants, make art, share skills, rest, learn, heal, celebrate, and build relationships rooted in heart and collective care. Your ticket helps bring that vision closer to life.
Costume creativity is highly encouraged—but it is never required. Come in full fantasy, a handmade look, a favorite character, a simple accessory, or exactly as you are.
What to expect
- A festive, indigi queer-centered Halloween celebration for BIPGM LGBTQIA2S+ community and respectful allies
- A variety of hands-on crafts to explore, play with, and create
- Opportunities to meet new community members who value heart, land stewardship, creativity, and connection

- Space to share ideas, make friends, and learn more about the land and greenhouse vision
- An opportunity to directly support future community gatherings, wellness activities, and nature-based connection
Why this fundraiser matters
Our goal is to purchase land and build a community wellness greenhouse that can become a long-term gathering place for people and projects that need room to grow.
This future space is envisioned as a home for:
- Community gatherings and seasonal celebrations
- Gardening, growing, and land stewardship
- Creative workshops, crafts, and skill-sharing
- Wellness programming, rest, and connection
- Queer-affirming and community-centered events
- Opportunities to build a more rooted, resilient, and caring local community
Every ticket, donation, and Pay-It-Forward contribution helps move us toward a space where more people can gather, create, heal, and belong.
Community agreement
Halloween Create & Connect is meant to be a joyful, consent-centered, and affirming space.
By attending, we ask everyone to:
- Respect people’s names, pronouns, identities, bodies, boundaries, and self-expression.
- Ask before taking photos or videos of another person or their costume.
- Respect the land, venue, materials, volunteers, staff, and fellow community members.
- Avoid costumes, words, or behavior rooted in racism, cultural appropriation, ableism, transphobia, homophobia, misogyny, harassment, or hate.
- Help make this a space where people can be brave, creative, and fully themselves.
