🎃 HELP US MAKE THE HALLOWEEN BASH HAPPEN! 🎃We’re putting together a FREE, pay-what-you-can Halloween Bash for the Ely community on Halloween, October 31, from 6–10 PM at the Ely Community Center!
The event will be split into two:
6–9 PM | Family Bash
A family-friendly evening packed with games, activities, treats, and Halloween fun!
9–10 PM | Teen & Adult Hour
The fun continues with activities and a costume contest geared toward older guests.
Throughout the evening, we’re planning:
Costume contests during BOTH the Family Bash and Teen/Adult Hour
Pumpkin contest! Bring your carved or decorated pumpkin to enter.
Games and activities for all ages
A cake walk featuring cakes and goodies from local cottage bakers
Snacks
A sensory/quiet room for anyone who needs a break from the noise and activity
Solo scavenger hunts for different age groups, with different levels of difficulty
And SO much more!
But we need COMMUNITY SUPPORT to make this event happen!
We’re looking for volunteers age 15+ to help run games, greet guests, help with setup and cleanup, judge contests, face paint, create decorations and game pieces, and more.
We’re also looking for donations of candy, toys, pop, prizes, decorations, craft supplies, and other items that can help us make the Bash possible.
Want to help, donate, suggest an idea, or see the full list of games and plans? You can find everything and sign up here:

Even if you can only contribute a little, every volunteer, donation, idea, and helping hand makes a difference. This is a community event, and we need the community to help bring it to life!
Please share this post and help us spread the word!
