Join us for a rejuvenating Half Day Yoga, Breathwork, Mantra & Ecstatic Dance Retreat in the heart of Berlin! This event will be a perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with your body, and elevate your spirit. Located at Landsberger Allee 77, immerse yourself in a day filled with yoga sessions, breathwork exercises, mantra chanting, and ecstatic dance to invigorate your mind, body, and soul. Schedule:
🧘♂️ 5:15-6:30pm Yoga & Breathwork by Urvashi
🎶 7-8pm Mantra Concert by Sri and Band
💃8-10pm Ecstatic dance by DJ Conor
Please bring:
1) Comfortable clothes (stretchy dancing shirt, yoga or jogging pants). The hall has parquet and is amazing for being barefoot.
2) if possible your own cup for the Cacao, otherwise we will have paper cups there
3) a water bottle, it can be refilled at the water station

About the Artists:
Urvashi first stumbled upon a yoga class in 2007 and has been on the mat ever since! The practice became her point of anchorage amidst her expat journey from India to Germany to the United States. Her many influences are seen in her teaching style, which incorporates a diverse range of traditional and modern movement modalities, emphasizing alignment, theory, humor, and inclusivity. Urvashi believes in the transformative power of yoga beyond the mat, instilling stability, grace, and expansion for navigating life's transitions.
Currently, she lives in Berlin with her two kids, a dog, and her German husband.
