Half-Baked Club Creative Show & Tell
You know that project sitting in a folder called final …? Bring it.
Half-Baked Club is a small NYC creative gathering for people making things independently - designers, writers, filmmakers, photographers, developers, artists, makers, and anyone with a side project that isn't quite ready yet.
This isn't a workshop.
There are no slides.
No one is here to teach you how to build your career.
Instead, 10–12 people will each have 3 minutes to show something unfinished.
A rough prototype.
A half-edited video.
A portfolio page.
A sketch.
A song demo.
A website that isn't live yet.
Something you've been meaning to finish.
After each share, the room responds with: “Keep going.” Then one short piece of creative feedback.
That's it.
The Oven
Every unfinished project gets a little HALF-BAKED sticker.
At the end of the night, you'll write one small commitment on a card:
“This week, I will finish ______.”
We'll put all the cards on The Oven — a wall of unfinished things, tiny commitments, and people choosing to keep making.
What to expect
• 10–12 creative shares
• 3 minutes per presenter
• A supportive audience
• Coffee / matcha
• Light snacks from a local NYC shop
• Creative conversation

• A room full of people who are still figuring things out
What this is NOT
This is not a pitch night, competition, class, or formal networking session.
You don't need a polished portfolio.
You don't need to have a business.
You don't even need to know what your project is going to become.
Just bring something you're making.
Who is it for?
Freelancers, creators, designers, writers, photographers, filmmakers, developers, artists, makers, students, and side-project people in NYC.
If you've ever thought:

6:00PM - 6:30PM: Check In / Get Unfinished
6:30PM - 6:45PM: Openning
6:45PM - 7:40PM: Show & Tell Round 1
7:40PM - 7:50PM: Half-Baked Break
7:50PM - 8:15PM: Show & Tell Round 2
8: 15PM - 8:30PM: The oven and the end
