MUCH'25 workshopsHair Hanging by Angie Kurz
Relaxation vs. Tension.

In this workshop, you have the opportunity to discover an old circus discipline using your own hair.
You need to have a hair length of approximately shoulder length.
What to bring:
- A ring: to find through Slackline equipment, aerial stores (Hammocks), climbing stores, nautic stores. Thickness: 10mm; inner diameter: 60mm/ outer diameter 80mm. Can be larger as well but not smaller and if you cannot find that A normal carabiner is useful as well.
- hair elastics
- mini elastic bands
- 100% cotton cord (better large that short!)
- Combs: One for brushing your hair normally. Another one for the fine tuning (long theeth about 30mm, tight spacing between the teeth)
- hair spray bottle
- optional: hair oil (organic like jojoba, argan, olive,...)
- comfortable clothes
