Respect others, but do not imitate their religious practices: “Happy Sabbath,” “Blessed Sabbath,” using “Sabbath” as caption on Sundays, celebrating Sunday worship, posting church services, celebrating Easter or Good Friday, celebrating Christmas, displaying other religions’ symbols (masquerade and the likes), joining their prayers or religious ceremonies.
Be kind to everyone, but preserve your Islamic identity. Not every trend deserves to be copied. May Allah keep us firm upon Islam and the Sunnah. Aameen.
