H-KORE is taking you Back to the 80s for a Halloween-themed Lagree class packed with retro beats, good energy, and a serious burn.
New to Lagree? It’s a low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout performed on a specialised machine, combining slow, controlled movements with constant tension to build strength, endurance, and stability. Expect the shakes in the best way possible!
Led by Elaine, this special session combines the intensity of Lagree with the fun of an 80s workout party. Think throwback tracks, leg warmers, bold colours, and vintage fitness vibes.
The dress code? Your best 80s workout look! Think neon leotards, colourful leggings, sweatbands, scrunchies, and leg warmers. Go all out or keep it simple and just come ready to move. Don't have a costume? No worries! We've got spare headbands and wristbands to help you get into the 80s spirit. 💛
Whether you're a Lagree regular or trying something new, expect a challenging full-body workout with a Halloween twist.
