Start your Sunday with a slower, more open kind of movement. The Gyrokinesis Pop-Up is a one-time class led by Marilyn Hinson, with flowing, circular sequences that coordinate breath and motion to open the whole body. You will work on mobility, flexibility, and fascia engagement, and leave with a clearer sense of how your body and mind connect. Class takes place Sunday, 11/22 from 12pm – 1pm in Studio 1.A mat and a chair are provided for each participant, so bring comfortable clothes and come as you are.
