About this Event
Come flow amongst the flowers at Gulf Orchids for this weeklyoffering.
Class starts at 10:00 AM (9:50 AM arrival) on the norm and at 9:30 AM during the summer to take advantage of the cooler mornings (summer hours June - September)!
We’ll be focusing on deep and invigorating stretches so whether you’re waking up your body for the weekend, there’ll be movement and stillness for you here. All levels are welcome and no previous experience is required.
Spots are limited! Sign up early through here or by contacting the teacher on their Instagram.
15% shop after class (plant parents this one is for you!)
Classes subject to cancellation when weather is under 40 degrees.
