Register here: https://forms.gle/EZUt7UpAjcMMNbBH9We are excited to announce a robotics competition for everyone. The Gulf Coast Robotics Challenge will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
The event will take place at Gulf Shores Middle School.
This competition is designed for students in grades 3–12 and is inspired by the style of the University of Alabama Robotics Contest.
The Gulf Coast Robotics Challenge will feature a retro-style competition format where challenges are released on the day of the event. Students will compete in themed challenges based on classic board games, using fully autonomous robots within size constraints (13 x 13 x 13). In addition, we will host the the Brain Drone Racing League as a side quest for the main competition. No equipment required. This is in conjunction with Dr. Chris Crawford of the University of AL.
The cost will be $125 per team. Hotel blocks will be available.
