Join our Museum educators on a journey through the stories behind the Inwood we all know and love!
About this Event

Guided Tours are included with Museum Admission. Please reserve your spot for the Guided Tour AND your Museum Admission ticket (admission tickets are avaliable at and in-person at the front desk).

Participants will learn about those who have shaped the stories of Inwood, including the Lenape, Revolutionary War soldiers, the Dyckman Family, free and enslaved African people, and present-day residents of Northern Manhattan.

Perfect for ages 8+, local families, niche museum enthusiasts, history bluffs, and especially tip-to-tip alumni 👀

15 spots available for each tour.

First come, first serve.

Date: Every Friday and Saturday starting January 30, 2026

Time: Fridays 2pm-3pm and Saturdays 12pm-1pm

Cost: Free with Museum Admission ($3 or free for Uptown and Bronx residents)

Registration Required? Yes!

Location: Dyckman Farmhouse Museum (on the corner of 204th and Broadway)
