I have some exciting news to share! I am going to be joining forces with the amazing Caz of soul wave sanctuary to offer a small group guided meditation sound bath. This will be held in in her beautiful studio in Stevenage on 1st November Sunday at 2pm for groups of 4 people initially with the plan to offer this combined session to groups across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire in the future. The price is £15 for the hour long session, all mats and blankets are provided. Please get in contact if this is something that appeals to you and you would like to book a place.
